We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or outside our scope of work.

2. Booking and Scheduling

You can book services through our website, by phone, or by email. Appointment times are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email, phone, or text.

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking or provided in a written estimate. Prices may vary based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the property.

We accept payment by cash or bank transfer on the day of service.
Late or non-payment may result in service cancellation or additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% service charge.
Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may also result in a 50% charge.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed appointment. We will return to re-clean any missed areas at no extra cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

To help us provide safe and effective service, clients must:

  • Provide clear access to the property

  • Remove or secure fragile and valuable items

  • Inform us of any cleaning preferences, product sensitivities, or allergies in advance

  • Ensure pets are secured for the duration of the visit

We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed fragile items or pre-existing damage.

7. Liability

Fresh Start Housekeeping Solutions is fully insured. While we take care in every service, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

  • Items not properly secured or disclosed

  • Reactions to cleaning products if sensitivities were not disclosed before the service

8. Privacy
